Your 123 Dental journey begins when you call us to schedule an appointment or visit this site to book one online. Our online scheduler is simple to use and can have your appointment scheduled in just a few clicks.
If you prefer to go the old-fashioned route, we’re more than happy to hear from you and schedule your appointment over the phone as well.
Our clinic is located inside the West Leederville Shopping Centre on the first floor. When you walk through our door, you’ll be greeted by a warm, comfortable reception area and our friendly receptionists. Then, you’ll have a seat in our nice, waiting room where you can read a magazine or watch TV while waiting for your appointment.
We pride ourselves on running on time. That said, healthcare can be unpredictable, so we can’t guarantee it. However, in line with our strong belief in the importance of communication, we won’t just leave you sitting there for minutes on end.
If we’re running a few minutes late, we’ll let you know. If we’re running thirty minutes behind, which is extremely rare, we may even call you to help you avoid any unnecessary waiting room time.

To help you feel as comfortable as possible and put you at ease, you can even watch TV and listen to Spotify in our surgery rooms. We only ask one thing: due to the urge to move your head, no Metallica please.
In all seriousness, whether you’re here for an exam, cleaning, a crown, or root canal, we’ll clearly communicate everything with you every step of the way and you’ll know you’re in the very best hands.
When we’re finished with your exam, cleaning, or procedure, we’ll guide you back out to the reception area and have you check with one of our friendly receptionists to schedule a follow-up appointment (if needed).
That’s the journey from beginning to end. As you’ll see, going to the dentist doesn’t have to be an unpleasant experience. It can actually be an enjoyable one.

Having been in business now in West Leederville for over 30 years, we know everything there is to know about rebates and saving our patients money.
As preferred providers for every major health fund, we know the healthcare system and what people can and can’t claim. This allows us to give people the right advice and peace of mind in knowing they’re getting back as much as they can.
We also clearly communicate how much the procedure will cost overall and out of pocket, if any, as well as the exact costs of any subsequent treatments.
In other words, we’ll break everything down for you so you know what to expect and what the exact costs will be.

The answer is simple: It’s because we care. Everyone needs dental treatment, but we understand that for everyone, the money isn’t always there. Regardless of the cost of treatment or their financial circumstances, we go above and beyond for patients to help them receive the care they need.
Need a Follow-Up?
A lot of dentists love performing costly procedures like implants and crowns, but they’re terrible at scheduling follow-ups to check on their patients days or weeks down the road.
This isn’t the case at 123 Dental. You can schedule any type of appointment at any time. We’ll make every effort to schedule you in at the most convenient time for you.
Since most of our patients live busy, working lives, we’re conveniently open six days a week Monday-Saturday. During the week, we open at 8:00 am and stay open until 7:00 pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays. On fortnightly Saturdays, we’re open from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.
